Saint James Chapel

With each passing day, the excitement on our campus has grown as the walls of our new chapel have risen up around us. A gift to the school and its students from the Hilger Family Trust, the Saint James Chapel honors the memory of Former Chairman of the Board, Jim Hilger. Inside, the sweet sound of song and sermon echo throughout the building on a regular basis as the children excitedly help lead church services. This brings a sense of hope and love in the community, encouraging spiritual growth within the body of Christ. 

The Saint James Chapel also opens up countless opportunities for the benefit of the school’s operations, providing them the space needed to conduct exams on campus, promoting self-sustainability and safety as opposed to previously transporting students to locations off-site. It will also serve as a computer lab, and eventually, a library. 

And the best part? The students will be able to look back on the project one day and say they had a part in it. Fascinated with the various projects, they have been eager to jump in and form assembly lines to help the workers. This gives them valuable hands-on learning and insight into the world of engineering, architecture, and construction. How exciting to think how God may use this to open doors for them in the future!
